We recently sold our home in the winter of 2013. We interviewed five real estate agents and selected Kimberly because she was the most knowledgeable and straight-shooting. She is a Dave Ramsey ELP and was on the ball when during her initial interview with us. She came prepared with research of the recent sales of similar homes in our neighborhood and their sale prices. We knew our home needed some paint work and had to be staged. She had recommendations in hand for people for all these things needed to prepare our home of sale. We used all the people she recommended and were very pleased with their prices and services. In the end our home sold within 98% of our asking price. We had 30 showings in the first 4 weeks (and this was over Christmas and New Year's) and the offer within 60 days of listing. We couldn't have been more pleased. We also called some of her references as well before we selected her. They also spoke highly of her.

The home buying experience was extremely stressful, since we had a strict budget we wanted to stay within, but Kimberly always assured us to keep our head up and that we would find something that was just right for us. She took us to look at the houses we requested,some I now know were a big waste of time,but she didn't say a word or try to impress her opinion on us, she only offered a few comments if she thought there was something structurally unsound or something that would be a potential hazard to us as buyers. We found Kimberly Clark through the Dave Ramsey website after having our home listed with another agent for 6 months. She was very knowledgeable, familiar with the area and had made some suggestions as far as staging and marketing to get our home sold fast. We had already relocated out of state so the home was vacant for most of the showings. Kimberly was awesome. She was a huge help as we learned the different areas of the city, having only driven through once before. She gave us great houses to look at, and was very good at adjusting her schedule to fit ours. We only had two days that we could spend in Indiana looking at houses, and were hoping to make an offer before we left. Kimberly spent the entire day with us driving my wife and I all over the city looking at ten different houses. Most of the houses were ones that she had sent us online, but a few my wife had found and Kimberly made all the arrangements to look at them. She gave us great feedback about why she liked or did not like different houses, and always seemed to have our best interests in mind. We looked at one house that seemed to be the best one at a good price, but it had rained the night before and had some standing water in the backyard. Kimberly knew we liked the house, but she strongly recommended we not buy that one because it was a bad sign and a danger to the house itself if water was pooling in the backyard. When the end of the day came we had three houses that we really liked, and one that my wife particularly liked the best. When Kimberly ran the comparisons though, that house turned out to be overpriced. Kimberly was very good at advising us that we were perfectly welcome to make an offer on the house if we wanted, but we would not get our money back when we went to sell in a few years, and it would be difficult to make the sale at all. In the end, we found a wonderful house that was well priced and we got a great deal on it. We made the offer the same night we looked at the ten houses, and the next day our offer was accepted. I was starting my residency in a few months, and while in medical school, that was really the only possible trip I could have taken to Indiana. It was a huge relief to my family that we were able to leave the city with an accepted offer on a wonderful home. Kimberly was then hugely helpful as we went through the rest of the arduous process, including doing the inspection and appraisal, and getting everything finalized for closing. The thing that truly speaks for Kimberly's character was the day we moved from Wisconsin to Indiana. We had closed the day before, and my wife received a call from Kimberly on our drive down. Apparently, our sellers had left the house a complete mess. They left clothes in all the closets, the garage was full of junk, the kitchen was a wreck, and there was literally junk all over the house. Kimberly spent the next four hours with her husband cleaning the house and taking stuff to goodwill so that we could have a somewhat clean house to move into.
